About

What Happened To Men? refers to parodies of a tweet by @Western_Trad evidently bemoaning the feminization of men by comparing pictures of Don Draper from Mad Men and the Pajama Boy from an infamous Obamacare advertisement. Parodies usually involve using humorously exaggerated depictions of men from various sources of media.

Origin

On August 28th, 2020, Twitter account @Western_Trad[1] posted pictures of Don Draper and Pajama Boy, asking "What happened to men?", apparently bemoaning how masculinity has become softer in recent years. The tweet gained 502 retweets and 3,300 likes, as well as 690 quote-tweets as people mocked it.

I may absolutely hate the average Trad-tard with an insatiable bloodlust, I see entirely where they come from. People don't try to be people anymore, they just go to college, work and die forgotten in some half-assed retirement home. I've yet to be greeted with something other than "Where do you work?" or "What did you study in college?" and I hate it. Not even something like "How are you?" or "What do you like to do?" people are so unhealthily obsessed with their careers nowadays that they hardly act human. I'll probably never consider any sort of attraction towards anyone because everyone I meet acts like you're not worth anything if you don't hold a regular job. People act like it's normal and all you should ever hope for to work yourself to death and frankly I'm nauseated by it. I'm tired of seeing people complain about not being happy while they do nothing to be happy whatsoever besides chugging some antidepressants and getting more wasted on alcohol than the town drunks. I'm legitimately convinced that the majority of what's wrong today is because people don't know how to be people anymore.

TL;DR: All work and no play makes society a very dull boy.

It's just kind of funny. On one side, you have certain… groups, especially in media, that try and paint anything that could be seen as masculine in any way as a negative. A competent, confident and strong man is like holy water to these vampires and they try everything to tear them down, while also trying to prop up a plank of wood disguised as a woman on top of it.

Then there's another side, typically in certain circles online that will label any guy that's not a giant lumberjack as a soy-beta-cuck-virgin.

And of course there are people that somehow manage to be on both sides and will just hate any man just for being.
