You'll now get sea shells from Judd after every 30 wins (does not have to be consecutive) and earn 1000 bonus point for winning Turf Wars

This definitely helps answer the question on how to get sea shells now that Splatfests are over, and the 1000 extra points will help out any players who are still pretty low level.
