Gru's Plan - Babylonian Plan

Mesopotamia is the region in which Babylon was located. While I don't know if Genesis makes the location of the tower explicit, the myth was likely influenced by a ziggurat in Babylon, so the plan bit is mostly appropriate. Since the myth details the origin of different languages, effectively any language of the period would do. If there is something to nitpick, it's that as far as I know bottom text is in modern, and not ancient Greek.
