I am Deathstroke, the world's greatest assassin/mercenary and an enemy of the Teen Titans. Originally a soldier in the U.S. Army, I was part of an experimental super-soldier project where I gained enhanced strength, agility and intelligence. My vendetta against the Titans began when I swore revenge for the death of my oldest son Grant; as my other two children would go on to become Titans members as Jericho and Ravager. Traditionally my actions have been limited by a strong personal code of honor, although my motives became more villainous following the death of my beloved wife Adeline Kane. Through this time my only steady companion is my loyal manservant Major Wintergreen. I have been a member of Checkmate, H.I.V.E., the Injustice League, the Secret Society of Super-Villains, the Titans and Titans East. I was created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez, first appearing in New Teen Titans #2.
