Team Fortress 2 - you've done me proud boys!

Of the new weapons we've seen thus far, this one is the most interesting to me in concept.
A: How much is the firing speed increased while jumping, and
B: What's the cap on the clip size?

Also: Air Strike + BASE Jumper + Kritzkrieg. The notion terrifies me.

Magical flying soldier, parachuting above the map, raining millions of rockets down upon the robots.
