Imagine if the US just started out-sourcing regime changes like this. Rather than spend 20 million on troops, personnel, equipment, etc to travel to a country and topple a government they instead just use that money and put a bounty on their heads of state. 20 mil to destabilize a region seems like a good deal to me. /s
