Weird, in Scandinavia, they're like "here you go! We did your taxes for you. Did we do it right?"

But in the US, not only are you supposed to figure out what your taxes are, but you also have to pay money to figure your taxes thanks to TurboTax. And thanks to Citizens United and Reagonomics, TurboTax is allowed to lobby the government to remove all the free tax software so they can monopolize tax forms.

I still think that lobbying should be illegal. Is basically a loophole for bribery. Of course, making it illegal is basically impossible because if you try then lobbyists will lobby against it. The fact that they have that power only demonstrates more how fucked up lobbying is.
