Jesus said that you should be charitable of your own free will, and that you can never force someone to be saved.
Communism, at best, is forced charity, which is still stealing no matter how good a cause it goes to. In practice, adherence to party doctrine is strictly enforced, and if you're lucky not being a member will only make you a second-class citizen.
