Gwenpool / Gwen Poole - That's one way to silently break through a vault door

One of the early things in Gwenpool was that even a joke villain is still dangerous and competent if the situation calls for it. Gwen even says in this issue that she’s worried about Batroc going back to being a joke due to another writer ignoring his character here.

But for what it’s worth, even a joke villain for Captain America is a minor threat for an A list hero. If you scale it, he’s still a decent threat for a B lister or an arc villain for newbie.

During the JLA/Avengers crossover, Batman fought Batroc the Leaper. He defeated him but only after having a long battle with him and called him "one of the strongest adversaries he ever faced"
