So if a white guy goes to egypt, a land where white people are not in power, they are ok to wear egyptian clothes without it being cultural appropriation then? or Saudi Arabia? Or china? Or japan? Because White people dont have institutional power in those countries in any way shape or form.

I mean, can we just skip to the part where you say only white people are not allowed to culturally appropriate but its ok for everyone else or are you gonna make us go through extra steps to get there?
