4Head is a Twitch Emote of League of Legends streamer Cadburry smiling. It is generally used in chat as a reaction to a joke.
Origin
While the exact date of the emote's creation is unknown, Polygon[1] has stated use of the emote picked up in 2015. Urban Dictionary has an entry for the emote dated February 29th, 2016[2] (shown below). The emoji was submitted to FrankerFacez[3] on September 11th of that year.

In 2018, a variant called 3head began seeing use on Twitch. According to Urban Dictionary,[6] the emote is used in a similar way to 4head, but for British streamers.
