This could be their last chance of doing a proper "rags to riches" story, where Lucia starts in a poor and small house in Little Havana and Jason lives in a trailer park not too far away and by the end, they both own a huge chunk of all the businesses in Vice City, they have their own gang and their own mansion in Starfish Island with plenty of super cars.
I doubt they'll do that , but one can dream.
