on another note , this kind of highlights that the russian military has a displine problem , I mean how could officers even allow such a clear intel breach to happen online ? are they actually keeping people in line or what ?.

It is nothing new. This is from the 1940s to warn the soldiers of the dangers of being too horny or too indulgent in the comforts inside of occupied territory.. Private Snafu ran into some problems with a booby trap.
