I think as long as we source their work, then it should be fine.

I notice a lot of users on this site ignore it for artists work that mention that on their profiles when they upload here. I wonder if it's any different since it is for "documentation" and it gets a pass.

There was an artist that had the same "do not repost my works" on their profile, but at the same time when they found out their artwork was trending on KYM they were happy. Hmm, what a conundrum.
