AS a white person who had almost entirely Black and mexican friends growing up, let me tell you how you actually get an N-word pass.

First you have to put in a request submittal to BOTH local gang leaders. You have to get a notarized signature from both of them that grants you permission to submit a FORMAL request to the NAACP. If you get that far, you're waiting 3-4 months for processing, before your case is finally seen by a tribunal. When I was a kid this tribunal was Morgan Freeman, Sam Jackson, and Bill Cosby. I do not know who has Cosby or Freeman's spot currently (Cosby had to give up his spot for obvious reasons, while Freeman surrendered his because he wanted to remove the whole need for the process entirely).
