Bombings were done by Islamic State, not the Taliban, as the Taliban were also the target.
That said, referring your political opponents as "terrorists" is a very low hanging fruit. It's like you're not even trying anymore.

This is kind of a stupid picture for two reasons:

1) The bombing was done by an ISIS offshoot, not the Taliban. This group is actively opposed to the Taliban and plans to attack them also.
2) The Taliban don't really have any ambitions outside of Afghanistan. They don't want to commit terrorist acts abroad, they're quite happy sticking to terrorising their own population, which they know could be disrupted if they were to cause problems for other countries. This doesn't make them "good", and its obviously a huge problem for Afghans, but it does mean that the Taliban has little interest in being a threat to America specifically.
