I mean, it must be working well enough since:
>the WHO still refuses to let Taiwan join them
>no country is doing enough to stop them from assimilating HK
>Italy had the "Hug a Chinese" campaign
>Serbia has erected billboards thanking Xi
>western companies are still kow-towing to the CCP
While their economy is still in a slump and many countries are very anti-China, it would be hasty to write them off.
