Paper Mario - IT'S GONNA HAPPEN

People in the comments have said the combat looks to be more in line with past games meaning no one time use items for attacks.

Also in screens and footage I see Mario having some characters by his side like a folded Bowser, an explorer toad, a bob-omb, and a magikoopa, so it looks like partners are back in some capacity. One guess I've got is maybe the partners are based on location and don't follow you everywhere, but that's only a guess so don't take that as gospel.

Please for the love of god let this one be good!
