Because is a full price game that is nowhere near ready for launch. Fallout 76 is suppose to be an online Fallout experience, or at the very least an online service game. Examples of those games are Destiny, The Division, Warframe. Fallout is like those games, but if you remove their respective narratives, npcs and quest lines. The game expects you to get your fun with friends, even tough the other games of the same genre also have a considerable amount of content that doesn't rely on other players. Also is a new low for Bethesda crashes and bugs. I really cant believe this is a full price game, hell even Warframe that is a free game gives you more content than this
