If I remember that story correctly the school replaced hot lunches with sandwiches for poor kids and this either a. effected black kids more due to legacy socio-economic issues or b. they managed to find more leniency for white kids. In either case it's not from 2017.

Important issue re: cycle of poverty and all, effing retarded headline.
