We Got Bagels! refers to a viral clip of motivational speaker and business executive Don Beveridge exclaiming, "We got bagels! Woo!" The short clip was reposted various times to YouTube, inspiring parodies and remixes.

Origin

On March 13th, 2018, Red Letter Media watched a recorded motivational speech Don Beveridge gave to businessmen. While mocking his performance, the camera cuts away to a moment where Beveridge exclaims, "We got bagels! Woo!" The video gained over 3.6 million views in five years (shown below).

Spread

On March 18th, 2018, YouTuber Rattus_Metallum posted the clip by itself, gaining over 1.8 million views in five years (shown below).

The video was widely reposted over the following years, including several additional uploads to YouTube and reposts to /r/YouTubeHaiku^[1] and /r/bagel.^[2] On June 12th, 2018, YouTuber MisterLucca posted an animation based on the video, gaining over 34,000 views in four and a half years (shown below, left). On April 30th, YouTuber Cheesy Hfj posted an edit that extended the "Woo" portion of the video, gaining over 28,000 views in nearly five years shown below, right).
