The Oilers Girl Video refers to a viral video of a woman at an Edmonton Oilers NHL game flashing her breasts. The flasher woman is seen wearing a black baseball cap, jeans and a blue Oilers home jersey. The clip went viral on Twitter / X and Reddit (among other social media platforms) in June 2024, filmed during the 2024 NHL Playoffs in which the Oilers made it to the Stanley Cup Finals. The Oilers Girl was later identified as Kaitlyn Flynn (also known as Kait Flynn or Instagram user @k89.fly) and was offered a modeling job for Playboy after the virality. The Oilers Girl Video trended simultaneously with the Hawk Tuah Girl video, inspiring memes that referenced both women in mid-2024.
Origin
On June 1st, 2024, X[1] user @Gerry39464526 tweeted a video of a woman at a then-recent Edmonton Oilers game flashing her breasts (censored screenshots shown below). The tweet has since been deleted but viral quotes of it are still accessible on the app, like one shared by X[2] user @heatdaddy69420 on June 1st, which read, "That’s a hell of a front porch," gaining over 159,000 likes in three weeks.
The earliest still-accessible repost of the original video was shared by X[3] user @BigTitsLoves on June 1st, gaining over 1,400 likes in three weeks.

The video gained memetic usage going into mid-June 2024, like a video posted by a male Florida Panthers fan, X[4] user @BookitWithTrent, on June 10th, who recreated the Oilers Girl video at a Panthers game, gaining over 2,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).

Oilers Girl Name / Kait Flynn
On June 15th, 2024, the Oilers Girl revealed her identity in a Reel posted to her Instagram[5] account @k89.fly, receiving over 16,100 likes in nine days (shown below). In the video, she was humorously unapologetic, saying, "You know what? At the end of the day, I got drunk and whipped my tits out at an Oilers game and they went viral. Fuck you if you don't like it."

On June 22nd, 2024, Playboy shared a collab Instagram[6] post with Kait Flynn that announced her as a new model for the magazine and website, receiving a hidden amount of likes (shown below).
