CigarSex is an Encyclopedia Dramatica meme that consists of adding mustaches,beards,monocles,cigars,tophats and other accessories that signify class and style to pictures with the use of MS-Paint.

Origins.

The meme originated during April of 2011,when a man named Aaron S. Pawlowski (aka "Beefrave") came to the Encyclopedia Dramatica and began spaming it with a never ending flood of nonsense written almost entirely in all caps. He later continued this on the Encyclopedia Dramatica forums until he was rewarded for his persistent shitposting by being (temporarily) made a moderator. The "CigarSex" meme itself happened when,at one point,Aaron began using MS-paint to crudely draw on stock images of babies.His favorite unneeded addition was a beard and smoking cigar. Soon he was once again flooding the chatroom an forums with these pictures. Surprisingly,this caught on,and withing days the Encyclopedia Dramatica forums were flooded with CigarSex threads where monocles and other fineries were being added to any and all things.

State of the meme.

Since then the meme has been forgotten,after accusations arose of Pawlowski's alleged pedophilia,insanity and shameless attention whoring and desire for internet fame. Now the meme is used mostly in irony.
