The video features Kleber on a fitness club doing workouts with some of his friends while either screaming or acting crazy. It has currently almost 2 million views and 65k likes.

The video became popular enough and started to appear on various brazilian humor sites. Many of the things said in the video became memorable quotes such as the titular "BIIRL", "É HORA DO SHOW, PORRA!" (IT'S SHOWTIME, MOTHERFUCKER), "AQUI É BODYBUILD, PORRA" (WE ARE THE FUCKING "BODYBUILD") and others. Many images and video edits also spawned.
