Urban-kun, huh? Let's see. He should be "street", sideways hat, or maybe a knit hat or something like that. Give him an over the top necklace, maybe a chain on his pants too. But for all his gangsta-ness, he's smart too. So maybe give him a pencil behind the ear, or a notebook in the pocket of his saggy pants. A bit like so:
