Two memes from _Euphoria_.

Top TV Memes: The Best Formats From 'Euphoria'

Euphoria is one of the most talked-about TV shows. Starring Zendaya, the show follows a group of high schoolers dealing with complicated issues such as drug abuse, and while it's frankly not anything like at the high school experience of a normal human being, the show has caught on for being so dark and well-acted. It's also caught on due to its large fandom and an increasing number of parodies regarding the kids and the high school from Euphoria.

Memes from the show are not difficult to find, and now that season two has been released, we have even more to work with. From making fun of the way the students in Euphoria dress just to go to class to theorizing about what kind of principal would run this school, we have a lot to joke about. These are some of the best memes to have come out of Euphoria.

Most Popular Memes: Season 2, Episode 1:Trying to Get to Heaven Before They Close the Door

In this episode, Sydney Sweeney’s character Cassie hides in a bathtub. The scene has been made into so many memes for its horror-movie-like vibe and the look of fear on Cassie’s face as she hides in the bathtub and covers her mouth. But unlike a monster movie scenario, she was hiding in the tub so her best friend Maddy wouldn't catch her hooking up with Maddy’s ex. This can make the scene and its corresponding meme either more dramatic or just plain ridiculous depending on your sense of humor.

But since this episode started the second season, this quickly became the most viral meme from the show, aside from the obvious ones about teenagers showing up in very revealing clothing just to go to math class rather than a rave. At this point, it seems like the school has a dress code against wearing clothing at all, and the students are trying to get around it. And for any concerned parents out there, just to clarify, high school does not usually involve this level of drugs and sex where your child would be hiding in a bathtub, terrified for their life. But the scene is easily memeable nonetheless.

Most Meme Potential: Season 1, Episode 8: And Salt the Earth Behind You

There's a lot that happens in this episode. So much so, in fact, people often forget just how weird the visuals are in this episode. Specifically, I'm referring to the makeup, which is always notoriously flashy on the show, but got especially weird here, when the character Jules goes around in public wearing spiky metallic…things (I really have no idea what they are) pasted around her eyes. Similarly to the clothes, it just seems impractical. And now there are hundreds of memes about the way the girls on Euphoria do their makeup, and many of them refer specifically to this scene.

This episode just further cements the belief that Euphoria takes place in some sort of really dark, depressing fantasy realm. The memes about the makeup revolve around everything from people trying it themselves and completely failing to people just simply wondering why everyone at the school looks like they're waiting in line to audition for an off-Broadway production of Rent. With the addition of all the drama that takes place in this season finale, there's a lot to talk about (and make fun of) through memes.
