Anisa and youtube money aside, what idubbbz defenders can't seem to inderstand is that pivoting this hard from your past isn't a sign of personal growth, but rather of something that the Internet used to call "Troll's Remorse".
A truly mature person makes peace with his past, not runs away as far as possible from it.
"Old" idubbbz made lots of people laugh and provided takes that actually made people think on occasion, so going back on all of that and flat-out ANTAGONIZING his old fans is beyond scummy and inauthentic.

If you got out of the "2016 far right pipepine" by becoming just as far left -- there's a good chance that you haven't actually learned anything.
