I can totally get behind the idea of restricting speech that calls for violence. However, I can certainly see abuse rising from this.
One possibility is that people will make a witch hunt out of this, falsely accusing their critics of "inciting violence" in order to shut them down. The other hypothetical issue would be if this policy was only enforced i selectively, restricting only some calls to violence while ignoring others that conform to some personal bias.
I suppose we'll just have to hope that whichever hand happens to be holding the ban hammer is guided more by reason than politics.
