I have so many questions, but let's start at the top:

"Polish Jerry Meme" ?

Why, of course you do! The title is rather simple, really, when you break it down.
It consists of "polish" which is to show how well-made and of quality it is.
Then "Jerry", which is also quite obvious, too; you can see Jerry in the image.
"Meme" is perhaps the trickiest one. I have given it quite a bit of thought but the best explanation I've got for it is that it's a repeated phenomenon that people propagate, often in a comedic manner… or comedic phenomenon that people propagate in repeated manner… Same thing.

P.S. It totally has nothing to do with the fact it's been found on a Polish site and then has been translated.
