My guess is whomever was playing this was trying to see how many of the people on the rink knew English (the front page and description says this was recorded in Belgium). I remember seeing a commercial online a few years ago from some European country advertising an "English as a second language" class where they emphasized the importance of learning English in a humorous way by having a family get into a car and turn on the radio, only for the song on the radio to be singing "I wanna fuck you in the ass!" and the whole family is just smiling to it, not knowing what's being said.
