Soul-Bees have fake eyes where normal races have their eyes so they appear less alarming to those normal races. This is part of their hunting strategy and an attempt to not trigger the fear response of the mortal races they prey upon.

So the fact that this Q-Bee is directing your attention to her insectoid true eyes means that for whatever reason she has no interest in eating you, as she isn't trying to deceive you with her fake eyes.
