I'm still angry that BrawlBRSTMs3 channel was destroyed because of copyright.
But this goes with any music track,a guy got several copyright claims for a video called "White Noise" and it was literally just that,because there were songs with the same name.

It's definitely a lot harder to fight copyright claims on OSTs since if all you're doing is uploading soundtrack rips then you can't really claim it's transformative like you can with a remix or cover. Still you'd think some companies would get the hint and make official uploads to places like Spotify (I recall Square making a big deal when they finally put Final Fantasy OSTs on many different streaming services).
