2. Can we stick to prosecuting the people who may have actually committed the crimes?

How about the molotovs or trying to break into federal propriety? Waiting outside the courthouse with a hammer ready to smash them in the head? Trying to blowtorch the fence that was put up around the courthouse? The many times they tried to set the building on fire? Are these things ok to persecute?
