No offense my dude but my advise would be not to upload it in the first place it's why i am very particular about who i share my writing with. the internet sucks.
but if you want advice i suggest going and grabbing an anatomy book, should be one at your local library. sit down and copy that shit, alternatively print some of it out and use some copy paper to copy it so you have an idea of how it works. when you break it down the human body is mostly shapes and what's you understand how the muscles and joints connect it should come together. or al teast that's what the animation guys i know said.

also some figure drawing courses would be good, i hear udemy has them for very cheap like twice a year i can ask a friend about that.
