Masahiro Sakurai - A message for any of you who complain about characters you don't care about being in Smash.

I've seen people predict that Minecraft and Fortnite characters will be put into Smash just because of how popular those two games are.

The above quote essentially puts that to rest, unless Sakurai really thinks Steve or Jonesy would be fun characters.

He literally just burned down every "who cares about this character" complainer in one sentence, while also explaining the relevancy of the character he is introducing just for good measure. How does he keep dong it, man. He is too good at this.
