I didn't say all of them strawmen, just that a lot of them all, and most people in the comments are talking about burden of proof and innocent until proven guilty, not "how many sexy photos were on the victims instagram"

To list a few: No law official is seriously asking for you to report an attack within 15 fucking minutes after you said "I reported within the first 24 hours", No one is seriously saying that because the raper did not have a weapon, nor that you fought them but not with everything you had, the whole thing was a "misunderstanding", nor are they saying that if you signed his yearbook, the case gets thrown out, I have yet to see the victim having an Instagram with sexy photos or a dating app be used as evidence that the sex was consensual.

There are legit concerns like the police not treating people of color or queer the same, and the fact there are slut shamers out there, and the presence of Alchohol complicates things, but the amount of bullshit in the picture ruins the point. At best I can see maybe one or two accounts of the rapers friend or a newspaper doing those, but that doesn't mean victims have to get the the police within 15 minutes and the raper had to have a gun for the report to be taken seriously.

There's so many strawmen in this it's almost hilarious.
