it's obviously satire. There are so many grammar mistakes the author must be breaking the rules intentionally, and she describes "embedding" herself in 4chan, like fucking Upton Sinclair in a meatpacking plant. It even has Donald Trump as a tag for no reason, he's not even mentioned in the whole thing.
