Todd Howard is not a man he is a being with powers unmatched by our feeble human minds. He has only two desires destroy humanity or sell us his games, people who do not own at least one copy of Skyrim are being actively hunted by Todd Howard right now. The only reason your not dead yet is he much like the creature in It Follows is because he chases these people one at a time. Why do you think Celebrity Deaths are far more frequent? Todd Howard notices them on TV and then innately knows they don't own a copy of Skyrim. Moral of the story is we should fear Todd Howard.
