My Hero Academia - Tsuyu and orca

I don't think so. I looked it up, newborns are 8.5 ft long. According to the wiki, Tsuyu is 4'11". I'm not good with spatial estimations, but that whale looks a bit too shrimpy. Plus the "beak" is too pronounced and the pectoral fins are too far back. I feel like the artist just drew dolphin and gave it an orca's coloration.

Orcas aren't as streamlined as dolphins. They're built like tanks.
