Because the first four are taking former successful forms of entertainment and changing them to a form that it was not originally intentionally planned for OR just plain remaking it unnecessarily. You aren't going to make Ghostbusters better or funnier than the original by just moving a few parts around and making the ghosts nicer. you arent going to be able to take Uncharted and turn it into a better experience by cutting it down to an hour and a half, and you wont ever be able to recreate the visuals of Ghost in the Shell or Beauty and the Beast as impressively in live action as they were in animation.

the only mediums that i think you can turn into movies and make better are taking non visual or non moving mediums like books and comics and moving them. and even that is debatable.
