This look like one of Hideo Kojima's game

I remember that one episode where Bart found Nelson's missing father in a sideshow circus, where it turns out he didn't abandon Nelson and his mother. He just had a severe allergic reaction after eating peanuts, then wandered right in the middle of a visiting carnival and was thrown in a cage as one of the exhibits. Bart then brought him home and hoped it'd make Nelson nicer, but Nelson then points out that he was a jerk before his father left, so he just keeps bullying Bart for the lulz.

Don't know why I remember that, just thought I'd share it while I recalled it.
