Origin

On September 20th, 2014, Greek soccer club manager Gennaro Gattuso participated in a press conference regarding his club's, OFI Crete, performance.^[1] During the press conference, he described the team as "sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit."

That day, YouTuber spiros alex published a video of the press conference. Within seven years, the video received more than 570,000 views (shown below).

On June 11th, 2017, YouTuber Fazlee Majeed shared an excerpt of the video that received more than 1 million views in less than four years (shown below, left).

The following year, iFunny ^[2] user Frnky posted the excerpt with the caption, "Friend: How's your life going?" The post received more than 70,000 reactions and 500 comments in less than three years (shown below, right).
