Gambito 2011 Why! 14 hours ago SaveTF2 is starting to get out of control, they are starting to get crazy to the point of wanting to boycott a game that hasn't come out yet and even starting to leave negative reviews for TF2 itself and even other valve games that have nothing to do with TF2 The only thing they will achieve is that if they continue leaving negative reviews for other valve games, they will make the rest of the communities start to hate the TF2 community for wanting to get to valve in a stupid way like reviewing other games negatively when the rest of the communities (L4D2, CSGO, Dota 2 and soon deathlock) have nothing to do with the problems that TF2 currently has If you want to save this 17-year-old game that hasn't received updates for almost 7 years, first don't start attacking other communities or trying to boycott the company's new game and wait for Valve to respond or do something the friggler (official) 6 hours ago "wait for Valve to respond or do something" Lol. Lmao even. People have been waiting for Valve to do something for SEVEN, count 'em, SEVEN years now. No hate to the community for caring, but you can't expect change if you are giving a free solution while bringing up a problem. If Uncletopia and other community servers actually coordinated they could arrange weekly blackout days and turn off the community servers at the same time. Players won't care about the bot issues because anyone who understands the problem also has access to a free solution. Valve also doesn't care about the problem because the people who are bringing it up are also solving it for free. The only real solution is to take actions that drop the player count and get TF2 off steam charts' most played games list. Stuff is tough, especially since it seems that the whole "SaveTF2" thing fell through, but one thing I urge you all to do is NOT give in to the hate. The people making posts here, spewing nonsense out how we are "dead" now are JUST NOISE. Nothing more. If you have to resort to insults, loudness, curses words, and more negative stuff just to get your point across, you have already lost any argument you had planned. Professionals (have standards ;)) and know better than to feed a troll who refuses to talk on reasonable a reasonable level (proper respect, no belittling, etc.). No sensible person should ever give ANY attention to a fool who will just drag them down to their level and beat them with experience. It's not worth it now. Trust me. This will of course take a LOT of mental effort since their are a lot of them but remember, it's the Internet. Anyone can go on here, hide behind their username, and try to get the attention their parents never gave them or something. We good people on the other hand are many. 200,000+ people signed that petition. That should be more than enough to tell you we all cared from the bottom of our hearts for this game dudes. We just now have to wait to see if Valve truly noticed us too and gives us an answer (God willing, finger crossed). But even if not, I believe that continuing to fight for this will result in our victory someday. Times will change and eventually people will begin to step up for the greater good again. Let's not let one fall and setback stop us. If our fighting is sure to result in victory then we must fight. We have lived on for 17 years lads, if that isn't proof enough to keep fighting then I don't know what is.
