How to recover my account ( e-mail recovery paradox ) ? | /r/yahooanswers

For my Yahoo account, I set up my Gmail for recovery, and for my Gmail account I set up my Yahoo mail for recovery. So each of the two accounts depends on the other in case of recovery. I recently made the mistake of trying to connect to one of them while using a VPN. Because of that, I was asked to access my recovery e-mail to prove it is me. When I accessed the other e-mail to confirm it is me, I was still connected through the VPN, so here too I was asked to confirm from the other e-mail that it is me. And so I managed to lose access to both accounts. A paradox. I tried to access both of them again from my home IP (without VPN) but I'm still not allowed to access any of them without confirming from the other. I tried to recover them by other methods, by all methods, I tried everything, but in the end, I have no choice but to confirm from the other e-mail, which is impossiblle. I never thought such a thing would be possible. Google can't help me on the other side, to recover that account. Can I do something to recover my Yahoo account? Help, please.
