Not 100% accurate as I do not know every character that well. Also, sorry if someone already did this list.

Rosalina is assumed to be biological in origin.
Corrin is assumed to be biological.
Meta Ridley is not accounted for.
The Miis are assumed to be Human.
The Starfox members and Wolfs metal legs puts them in Altered Biological.
The zelda characters are put as magical due to them being reborn by magical means.
"Spoilers" Robin is magical due to them being made to be a host to Grima.
Dark Samus is made out of Phazon, not sure whether its biological or not.
