I've honestly stopped giving a s--- about tumblr's opinion about jontron at this point

zennistrad Honestly these people leaping out to pester any blogger saying JonTron is an a------ by sarcastically saying "how dare he have an opinion" are so baffling to me. Not only is it ridiculous to imply that a person with a huge platform shouldn't be judged for the opinions he expresses publicly, if your only defense for someone's public statements is "well, he's technically allowed to say it," then that's an admission that you can't defend the actual content of the statement. winterywitch people kinda forget that "free speech" doesn't mean "you can say literally whatever you want and everyone has to be nice and civil to you about it," and these people have a tendency to minimize the harm of their views by calling them Opinions.
