To: The City of Sacramento Revenue Division 730 I St. Sacramento, CA 95814 DEAR SIRS I have been the recent recipient of a ticket! This is very bad news for me, and I feel that I have been wronged and must defend my God-given principles. I could pay the ticket off for a mere 50 dollars, but integrity is worth far more than that!! (and I do not have 50 dollars). You are going to find that this letter is overflowing with justice and for this reason I have included a picture of an American flag: GOD BLESS AMERICA!! In this letter, I hope to explain exactly why I do not think I should pay this ticket. Getting out of tickets is a very high priority in my religion, and I was under the impression that America was a place where you could be free from religious persecution. I hope you do not prove me wrong. One day, I came home from work, and it was a very nice day I was in a really good mood because I had a Pepsi, which is my favorite drink, and far better than Coke products, because Coke is red and red is the color of communism! I drove back home to park at my house and change my clothes, and I discovered that the only available parking space was in front of my driveway, so I parked there!!
