On September 9th, 2014, the video game Destiny was released in the United States.^[1] Three years later, on September 6th, 2017, a sequel to the game was released in the United States. Both games feature dozens of weapons, many featuring evocative names that contain phrases, colloquialisms and descriptive language, such as "Single Clap," "Unspoken Promise," "Origin Story," "Nameless Midnight" and more (examples below).^[2]^[3]
